These terms govern your use of the Bauhaus Walls website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
Orders and Acceptance
When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and it enters production. If we are unable to accept an order, for example because of an error in the listing or an issue with production, we will let you know and arrange a full refund of any amount charged.
Made to Order
Our prints are produced individually to order by our European print partner. Because each piece is manufactured specifically for you after purchase, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Slight, natural variation in color and finish between individual prints is a normal characteristic of the printing process and is not a fault.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and the range of designs on offer may change over time. We may add, revise or withdraw designs and adjust prices at our discretion. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment your order is confirmed. We take care to describe every design accurately, but small differences between how a piece appears on screen and in print can occur.
Ownership of Designs
All artwork, compositions and imagery published by Bauhaus Walls remain our intellectual property. Buying a print grants you the right to own and display that physical print for personal use. It does not transfer any rights in the underlying design, and the artwork may not be copied, resold, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to supplying the print you ordered to the standard described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
